Member National Assembly Shahabuddin handed out compensation cheques at a special ceremony held in Khar, the headquarters of Bajaur agency.
He distributed Rs 1.9 million as compensation among 132 relatives of the May 4, 2012, suicide bomb blast in Khar, headquarters of Bajaur agency.
For a dead person, Rs 300,000 was paid to the next of kin while Rs 10,000 was given to the relatives of the injured.
The ceremony was attended by relatives of the victims, elders and officials of the political administration.
