"Keeping in view the facts, circumstances of the case and documents adduced on record, this court is satisfied that prima facie cognizable offences are disclosed
"...And the investigation by the police is required to unearth the true facts and to ascertain the allegations of cheating, forgery and criminal conspiracy allegedly committed against the complainant," Metropolitan Magistrate Akash Jain said.
The order came on a petition filed by the founding member of a political party seeking registration of an FIR alleging that AAP had "sent a forged resolution" of his party which was purportedly signed by the accused who were earlier associated with his party.
The complainant alleged that these accused had forged the documents in pursuance of criminal conspiracy with each other.
The court, after hearing the arguments, directed the police to lodge an FIR under appropriate sections and probe the matter to ascertain the truth.
