He also alleged that some portions of India's land were under the control of neighbouring countries as a result of this.
Addressing a programme here this evening, Kumar alleged that countries like Pakistan and China are occupying India's land in Kashmir, Kailash Mansarover and Arunachal Pradesh.
He said those who consider India as their "motherland" do struggle and devote their lives to the country whereas those who see the country as a "land" strike deals.
