Polls: Andhra DGP holds meeting on law and order situation

Ahead of the Lok Sabha and assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh, state DGP B Prasada Rao today held a meeting to review the law and order situation for smooth conduct of polls.
The DGP discussed with the senior police officers, including district SPs, Zonal DIGs and Range IGs, to ensure peaceful conduct of the elections.
The Commissioners of Police of Hyderabad and Cyberabad, besides of Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada also attended the meeting.
Elections will be held in two phases in the state on April 30 and May 7.
