"Energy emanates when the environment is conducive and positive. The youth and the state could move towards development through goal setting, which is important for building up a positive environment," Munda said while speaking in a seminar - Challenges for Youth in Jharkhand.
"Unfortunately for Jharkhand, whenever such effort was made, negativity had seeped in," he said indicating to toppling of governments in the state.
Claiming that criticism was easy, but sometimes it could leave irreparable damage, Munda said ensuring positivity could help utilise the rich resources of Jharkhand in its development with focus being around the people.
