"Installation of units for producing power from garbage is the topmost priority of my department," he said in reply to a question.
Khan said he was working actively in this direction as disposal of garbage had become a major problem, especially in big cities.
"We are in discussion with the Jindal group ... I also met some people in Mumbai yesterday in this connection," Khan told Dharampal Singh (BSP), while appealing to members to assist him in this task.
