N Sriram Balaji and Adil Kalyanpur are the other wild card entrants in the men's singles. They had earned wild cards by winning the national championship and Rendez-Vous, a Roland Garros event, respectively.
In the women's singles, up and coming Karman Kaur Thandi and Prarthana Thombare have been given the wild cards in the main draw. Mahak Jain had won the wild card by winning Rendez-Vous.
"Prerena Bhambri had also won the wild for winning the women national championship but since she has made the main draw on her own, Sai Samita has been given that wild card," DLTA director Manpreet Kandhari said.
"We are glad to notice the performance of Mahak Jain in the Rendez-Vous event. She has also been performing well consistently.
