Giving the details, Haryana, Transport Department Director General, Arun Kumar said the Volvo and Mercedes Benz bus service will start from Chandigarh at about 5 pm for Hisar and reach its destination at 9.30 pm. It would pass through Ambala City, Kaithal and Narwana on its way.
The bus would start from Hisar at 5.30 am and reach Chandigarh at 10 am.
For Rohtak, the luxury bus service would start from Chandigarh at 5 pm and reach Rohtak at 9 pm and pass through Ambala Cantt., Pipli, Karnal, Panipat and Gohana. On return, it would start from Rohtak at 6 am and reach Chandigarh at about 10 am, Kumar said.
From Rewari, the bus would start at 9 am and reach Chandigarh at 4 pm.
Arun Kumar said Haryana Roadways would also launch its premium service from Chandigarh to Yamunanagar soon.
Fare of these buses would be 1.75 times of the fare of standard bus service, he added.
