Premkumar Seshadri appointed HCL Info Executive Vice-Chairman

IT firm HCL Infosystems today said it has appointed Premkumar Seshadri as its Executive Vice-Chairman.
Seshadri has been serving as a non-executive director on the HCL Infosystems board since March 2014.
"Prem is a senior HCL leader... I am confident he will add great value to the long-term strategic growth plans of HCL Infosystems and further strengthen the management depth during this period of transformation for the company," Nikhil Sinha, Chairman of the Board of HCL Infosystems said in a statement.
Prior to returning to HCL, Premkumar was the Group CEO of Apollo Hospitals. He has also held important leadership positions at HCL group across HCL Ltd, HCL Frontline and HCL Technologies.
