PREPAK (VC) was arrested from Kakwa Selungba in Imphal West district.
Police said the 39-year-old Sagolsem Ibomcha Singh was picked up from his Kakwa Selungba residence at around 1:45 pm in Imphal West district.
Police said one laptop and some other articles were seized from his possession.
A case has been registered in connection with the arrest and investigation was going on.
