Sources in the Rashtrapati Bhavan said the President will decide tomorrow on the plea of Kumar who wants to present supporting MLAs before the President to press a point that he has a majority in the Bihar assembly.
Kumar has already left for Delhi with 130 supporting MLAs of his party, RJD, Congress, one CPI and an Independent to parade them before President.
He also questioned the delay by Governor Kesari Nath Tripathi in inviting him to form the government.
Kumar said in case the Governor gives a chance to Manjhi for floor test, JD(U), which has support of 99 out of 111 MLAs, will sit in Opposition on that particular day of special session for confidence vote.
