Dilip Jain, who has been habitually engaged in unlawful acts, such as organising rave parties and indulging in immoral trafficking in the society, was arrested under provisions of PD Act and sent to Cherlapally Central Prison here, Cyberabad police said in a release.
Jain has wide contacts in Mumbai, Kolkata and other cities from where he arranged women for participation in illegal dances and other anti-social activities which also include consumption of drugs, liquor and prostitution, police said.
They also said that despite issuing strict instructions to keep a close watch on their properties, the owners of resorts and farm houses themselves are using their premises for illegal and anti-social activities.
There are about 300 farm houses and resorts under the limits of Cyberabad police Commissionerate.
"The resorts will also be acted upon u/s 133 CrPC in the future," it said.
