The 32-year-old actress, who was shooting for Jha's police-drama since past one month is back in the town and took to Twitter to break the news.
"Back in Mumbai!! The feeling of completing a film is always the same! Bitter sweet.. #Gangaajal2 too much fun! Back to #BajiraoMastani tomorrow," she wrote.
The "Mary Kom" actress is playing the role of Bajirao's first wife Kashibai in the film.
Actor Ranveer Singh who has previously worked with Bhansali in "Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela" will play the Peshwa ruler Bajirao and actress Deepika Padukone will be seen in the role of Mastani.
