Sachin Dutta, CMD of Balaji group, was going to Noida from Greater Noida when two men on a motorcycle fired at him at a traffic signal and fled, police said.
Dutta tried to duck the bullet and it passed bruising his left hand.
Police have said that the attack may have been carried out due to old enmity or professional rivalry.
