Proxy candidate arrested

A 19-year-old
college student who allegedly appeared as a proxy candidate in Orissa Teachers' Eligibility Test (OTET) was arrested today in Kendrapara town of Odisha, the police said.
The arrested youth Dilip Nath was appearing the examination for an examinee as proxy.
Police acting a tipoff arrested Nath from the examination centre. He was sent to judicial custody under Section 420 of the IPC (cheating).
