Warring, who is Congress MLA from Gidderbaha Assembly seat in Punjab, came to the venue to hand over a memorandum to the Prime Minister.
However, Warring alleged that he along with his two MLA friends had to go through "humiliation" as they were deprived of a seat at the MLAs and MPs enclosure before the prime minister arrived.
Besides, he was also at the spot to urge the Prime Minister to open trade from Hussainiwala border with Pakistan.
He along with Parminder Pinki and two other party MLAs went out of the venue after failing to get a seat in the enclosure meant for the law makers.
