Pvt hospitals asked to treat 10-15% BPL patients free of cost
Minister of State for Health Chandrima Bhattacharya said this during a talk on 'State of Healthcare in West Bengal' here today.
She said the mother and child care hub project across the state would commence from March.
The government, she said, would start mobile outpatient clinical service, like on boats in the Sunderbans, from March to give relief to the poor patients.
Besides, improved medical services would be provided in Jangalmahal shortly, she said.
