Raghubar Das greets people on Makar Sankranti
He inaugurated "NaMo Kite Flying" competition as the people celebrated "Makar Sankranti" with kite flying.
The competitors flew kites of different hues with pictures of different poses of Prime Minister Narendra Modi printed on them.
Assembly Speaker Dinesh Oraon and Urban Development Minister C P Singh were also present on the occasion.
