Rail Budget balanced, in the interest of common man: Bahuguna

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna today welcomed the Rail Budget tabled in Parliament describing it as "balanced" and in the interest of the common man.
Thanking Railway Minister Pawan Bansal for showing care for Uttarakhand in the budget, Bahuguna said the "announcement about laying Tanakpur-Bageshwar rail line was of national importance".
The approval to laying a bypass line in Raiwala is also very signicant in view of the security of elephants, the chief minsiter added.
