Vichare, who represents Thane in Lok-Sabha said,"I had a detailed discussion with the Railway authorities on the issue of AC local trains."
"Railways was facing certain logistical problems in running the entire AC local train as it fears all the passengers in the platform may enter the AC bogie irrespective of the ticket they have," he told reporters here.
"As a solution, Railways have come out with a proposal to attach a couple of AC bogies to the locals being run from Thane. At present a study for it is being conducted and the same would be introduced in couple of months," Vichare said.
