Rains skip most parts of Raj

Weather remained mainly dry in desert state of Rajasthan though light to moderate rainfall occurred at isolated areas in Bharatpur division.
Pahadi area in Bharatpur recorded maximum of one cm rainfall till morning where no place received rain till evening, according to a Met report here.
Day temperature in the state hovered above 32 degrees Celsius with Sriganganagar being the hottest place at 42.2 degree Celsius.
Light rains are expected at a few places in northern parts of the state.
The weather conditions are likely to remain the same during the next 2-3 days, MeT office said.
