Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria said that crime graph has reduced in last three years and government has made efforts to curb all kinds of crime in state.
Kataria said that from 2009-13, 24 incidents of riots and 74 incidents of tension had happened whereas in last three years the figure was eight and 27 for riots and tension respectively.
He said the crime particularly in Jaipur commisionerate, Kota city, Pratapgarh and Jhalawar has reduced by 15-20 per cent.
New vehicles and bikes were provided for better policing in last three years, he said.
The capacity of jails is being increased too.

Rajasthan Assembly also passed grants of over Rs 723.75 crore with voice vote for law and legal affairs department.
Minister of state for law and legal services Pushpendra Singh said that with innovations in the area state government is raising awareness on the issues.
He claimed that for the first time, the state has released notification for appointing 800 notary public.
Singh said that 27 posts of vacant judicial officers will soon be filled.
He informed the House that 58 new courts have been established since 2014 and 45 village courts are operating in state.
The minister said that the draft for Rajasthan Sakshi Suraksha Scheme has been prepared and sent to Home Department.
He said 20,203 people have been benefitted through Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority.
From 2014 to 2016, state organised 46,128 Lok Adalats which disposed nearly 8.10 lakh cases.
