Raj govt issues ordinance for OBC Commission

The Rajasthan government has issued an ordinance to give statutory sanction for the OBC Commission, two days after the High Court ordered its dissolution as it was not backed by legislation.
The ordinance was issued after the Governor gave the nod, a state government order said.
The Rajasthan High Court had on Wednesday ordered the dissolution of theOBCcommissionand directed the government to constitute a new body which is backed by legislation.
