The employees, protesting under the banner of 'Rajasthan Rajya Matralaylik Karamchari Sangharsh Samiti', have alleged neglect on part of the state government.
"Most of the ministerial employees in the state were today on mass leave and our protest will continue till our demands are met," samiti member Kamal Kant Sirohi said.
He alleged that despite number of meetings and assurances by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and the Chief Secretary, the government has not done anything to address their issues.
"Minor issues are always there and they will be addressed. But by and large, everybody is happy," Gehlot said.
