Resuming on 73 for two, Jharkhand lost their two overnight batsmen quickly but Jaggi came to the team's rescue and scored a crucial 100 off 141 balls that included 19 fours.
The duo put on 99 runs together for the eighth wicket to take Jharkhand past 250 mark.
Lomror was the top wicket-taker for Rajasthan with five for 51.
After contributing with the bat, Nadeem (2/22) chipped in with two wickets to dismiss Rajasthan's top order.
