The rally was brought out on completion of 30 days of the death of Sapam Robinhood who succumbed to his injury following police action on July 8 to control the ILP agitators.
A large number of women came out in two-wheelers to join the rally.
Many people paid floral tribute to the photograph of Robinhood had been hit by tear gas shells on July 8, the police said.
Demonstrations were also organised by women in Imphal West, Imphal East, Thoubal and Bishnupur districts.
