solved a rape case with the arrest of the accused from South City colony here.
Rajpal Gujjar (26) of South City colony was arrested for allegedly intruding into his neighbour's house and raping his teenaged daughter, a student of Class X, on December 20.
Rajpal was today produced in a local court which remanded him to 14-days judicial custody.
Earlier the police registered a case of rape and criminal intimidation against the accused on a complaint filed by the victim on the evening of December 20.
The girl was also medically examined in the civil hospital here late in the evening on December 20.
