Rathore directs NHAI officials to expedite work on NH-8

Emphasising the need to expedite the developmental works of Jaipur-Delhi highway, Union MoS for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore today directed the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) officials to curb road accidents on the NH-8.
Rathore inspected the NH-8 along with the NHAI officials and held a meeting in Kotputli to review the six laning of it.
He also took feedback about the development of the highway from local people.
"The minister gave necessary directions to the officials to curb road accidents and to fix responsibilities of construction companies involved in the highway project for road accidents," a release said.

Kotputli falls in the constituency of Rathore.
