Ravi Shankar offers to facilitate dialogue between Govt and

Spiritual leader and Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar today reiterated his offer to facilitate a dialogue between the government and the naxalites.
Saying he was available to both sides, Ravi Shankar said when he came to Jharkhand 10-years ago he had given a call to the naxalites to shun bullet.
Now several naxalites had surrendered, he said.
Recalling that visit a decade ago, Ravi Shankar shared how a DIG ranked officer then was in tears because the naxalites had killed 21 policemen the previous day.
Ravi Shankar, who has already offered his mediation on March 1 in Bhopal, said that spiritualism can play a role in bringing peace as people following spiritualism have no prejudice.

Compassion is there and without compassion spiritualism doesn't happen, he added.
When asked about ideology, Ravi Shankar said there were three types of naxalites----one is ideology, second is to extract money and third is to make money.
