At its Political and Public Life awards organised by ethnic weekly Asian Voice at the House of Commons premises, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Commons, Eleanor Laing presented the award to the hotel founded by Amin Ali, in the presence of several MPs including Keith Vaz, Chairman of the Home Affairs Committee.
The Europe India Forum which organised the historic reception held in honour ofPrime Minister Narendra Modi at the Wembley Stadium during his visit here last November received the Community Event of the Year award and its coordinator Manoj Ladwa, founder and CEO of the MLS Chase Group received the award from the Speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow.
