The footage shows the 37-year-old Oscar-winning actress and her husband, CAA agent Jim Toth, after being pulled over by police in Atlanta, said the Hollywood Reporter.
"I'm an American citizen ... I'm allowed to stand on American ground and ask any question that I want to ask," she told the arresting officer.
Witherspoon asked the officer if he knew her name, and said, "You're about to find out who I am," when he responded that he did not.
Off camera, Witherspoon later told the officer that she was pregnant and needed to use the restroom. She had also apologized for her behavior on May 2, on a television show.
