Meanwhile, groundnut oil and linseed oil maintained a stable trend in the absence of any large-scale buying.
In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial prices slipped on subdued demand from shippers and soap manufacturers.
In the edible section, refined palmolein dropped by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 510 from Friday's closing level of Rs 515. Groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 765 per 10 kg.
Moving to non-edible segment, castorseeds bold fell by Rs 25 per 100 kg to Rs 4,150 from Rs 4,175 and castor oil commercial moved down by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 860 as against Rs 865 yesterday.
