The temples have the rare presence of Lord Shiva, Lord Sesha, Lord Badrinarayana, Lord Parashurama and Lord Padmanabha, as also special presence of Jagadguru Sri Madhwacharya.
The "punapratishta and Brahmakalashotsava" festival of the two temples is scheduled to be held from January 2 to January 15, the authorities of the temples said in a release here.
The celebrations come to an end on January 15 with "samprokshana" rituals.
The celebrations will see the participation of the Paryaya Swamiji, the Swamijis of the other Ashta Mutts, and eminent personalities of various fields. Various cultural programmes will be held to mark the occasion. Sri Sugunendra Theertha Swamiji of Puthige Mutt is the chief patron / administrator of Lord Chandramouleeshwara and Lord Ananteshwara Temples.
