The 55,000-square-foot residence at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue would cost a tenant USD 1.8 million a month in rent, according to Zillow, an online real estate portal.
It put together a listing for the mansion, estimating a total sale price would top USD 319 million.
Describing the White House as a "magnificent 132-room mansion," the posting for the residence boasts about its gated entry, doorman and security system.
It estimates a tax of USD 109,000 for the historic property and says homeowner's insurance could cost USD 92 per month, New York Daily News reported.
The home includes 35 bathrooms, 412 doors, 147 windows and 28 fireplaces.
The President has an estimated networth of USD 12.2 million, with an annual salary of USD 400,000.
If he were expected to cough up rent, he and his family could stay only for 6.7 months, the paper said.
