Republic Day: DTC to divert bus routes on Jan 23

The Delhi Transport Corporation has decided to divert several bus routes on January 23 in view of vehicular restrictions on roads leading to Rajpath, due to Republic Day rehearsal that day.
According to DTC, buses coming from Shanti Path reaching Teen Murti South Avenue will terminate at Thyagraj Marg, while the return journey would be via Kushak Road, Teen Murti.
"The services of route no 604, 620 after reaching Punchsheel Marg will run via Punchsheel Marg, Simon Boulivar Marg, Upper Ridge road, Shankar road round about, Park Street, Mandir Marg, Punchkuian road, Connaught Circle and further on their original route/destination in both the directions. The return journey will be via Bhagat Singh Marg, Peshva road," it said in a statement.

"Buses coming from Sri Aurbindo Marg and bound for Connaught Circus/New Delhi railway station Gate No-2 and Minto Road Terminal will take Safdarjung Road Kamal Ata Turk Marg, Punchsheel Marg, Simon Boulivar Marg, Upper Ridge road, Shankar road round about, Park Street, Mandir Marg, Punch Kuain road, Connaught Circle and further on their original route/destination," it said.
