"Services should be restored in all snow-bound areas particularly in Karnah, Gurez and Dachan where the public utilities have been badly affected," he asked the government.
The Council Chairman issued the directions in response to the concern raised by the members including Javaid Ahmad Mirchal, Sajad Ahmad Kichloo, Naresh Kumar Gupta, Jughal Kishore and Sham Lal Bhagat.
