News comes just a week after Anderson, 47, filed for divorce from him, citing irreconcilable differences, reported TMZ online.
Salomon, 47, filed the legal documents this week in Las Vegas, claiming "the marriage should be nullified because Pam deceived him."
He "is also asking the judge to rule there is no community property in the marriage" as well as "asking the judge to deny her spousal support."
Salomon is getting help from lawyer Richard Schonfeld, who also represented Britney Spears in her Las Vegas marriage annulment.
Anderson and Salomon have been married on and off since they first tied the knot in October 2007.
They got their marriage annulled two months afterwards. They rekindled their romance and secretly wed again in January 2014.
In July the same year, she filed for divorce from him, but changed her mind and reconciled shortly thereafter.
