The movie, directed by Oscar-winning Bosnian director Danis Tanovic of "No Man's Land" fame, is about a salesman who secures his dream job with a multi-national corporation marketing infant formula milk, the artificial substitute for breast milk, only to go against the big guys when he learns about the damage the product is doing to babies.
Emraan hopes the producers of "Tigers", which was screened in the Contemporary World Cinema section at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival, resolve their issues and release the film as soon as possible.
"Tigers" also stars Geetanjali Thapa, Danny Huston, Khalid Abdalla and Adil Hussain.
