The Mukesh Ambani-led company had posted a net profit of Rs 6.70 crore for the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
Total revenue of the company, however, rose to Rs 25.55 crore for the fourth quarter of the fiscal ending March 31, 2015. It was Rs 24.46 crore for the same period year ago.
Net profit of the company stood at Rs 22.07 crore for the year ended March 31, 2015. It was Rs 24.14 crore for the previous fiscal year.
The company's board has also recommended a dividend of Rs 3.50 per fully paid up equity share of Rs 10 each, aggregating to Rs 639 lakh payout including the dividend distribution tax, the company said.
