The Beatles legend lived at the property in The Admire Grove area of the city in northern England for 20 years with his mum Elsie Starkey and he left home in 1963 to live with his wife Barbara Bach.
Fab Four super-fan Jackie Holmes - who already owns several properties belonging to Beatles band members - won the white and pink two-bedroom terraced house at an auction at Liverpool's famous Cavern Club, reported Femalefirst.
Jackie plans on buying every home previously owned by the "Yellow Submarine" hitmakers.
She plans on renting the small home out to people who will "appreciate the heritage" of the music icons.
"Ringo's former house will be done up to a decent standard and I am looking for a tenant who will look after the house and appreciate its heritage."
Jackie also owns the late John Lennon's mother Cynthia's former house and George Harrison's old home in Speke.
In comparison, the highest-grossing member of The Beatles, Paul McCartney's childhood home in the same city sold for 150,000 pounds last year.
