In the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge no 17, the Magistrate P P Gupta posted the matter for November 18, Gauran's Counsel Gauri Shankar Khandelwal said.
Gauran was granted anticipatory bail in the RJS paper leak case by a local court on November 3 even as police were conducting searches to arrest him.
He is accused of leaking RJS paper for his daughter last year when he was the RPSC chairman. The case is registered by Special Operation Group of the Rajasthan Police and Gauran was asked to resign for alleged irregularities in conduct of examinations.
