Ram Veer Singh Bharangar took a permission for a 'Kisan Samvad Rally' with RLD national general secretary at Magorra. However, not only bursting of crackers, use of loudspeaker etc but a dance programme was also organised, deputy district election officer A K Awasthi said.
Violations regarding to number of vehicles being used was also made, he said.
The official said Bharangar and others have been booked under 123 sub(2), 136 Peoples Representative Act, 171(G) of IPC, sections 183, 184 and 201 Motor Vehicles Act and section 5 of Explosives Act.
