"For the all round development of Punjab, AAP will release poll manifestos for every Assembly constituency," he told mediapersons here.
Singh, who is here to speak with traders of different Assembly constituencies, said, "Till now Congress leaders could not come up with its list of candidates for Punjab polls. This reflects the infighting within the party."
He promised that if AAP comes to power in Punjab after the Assembly polls, it will give primacy to solving problems faced by traders in the state.
