The matter came to notice when the owner, M Gopinathan, came to the factory this morning.
Based on his complaint, a case was registered at the Siyani Gate police station, they said.
It is the second robbery in the factory within a span of two months, police said, adding that the factory employees are being questioned in connection with both the cases.
