The couple had a brief break-up last year due to the 23-year-old actress' cheating scandal with married director Rupert Sanders.
The duo had reunited in less than two months after a public apology from Stewart.
Recently, they were spotted in New York after the Met Gala and then flew back to LA together. They also celebrated Stewart's 23rd birthday together.
