Romany Malco joins 'A Meyers Christmas'
The Universal and Will Packer Productions holiday film centres around an estranged family that is forced to come together for their first Christmas since the death of the family matriarch, said The Hollywood Reporter.
The ensemble cast also includes Kimberly Elise, Nicole Ari Parker and Omar Epps.
"Baggage Claim" writer-director David E Talbert, who wrote the script, will direct the holiday film. Universal has slated the movie for release on November 11, 2016.
Malco, 46, is currently starring on Amazon's new series "Mad Dogs", which will debut in 2016. His previous credits include feature films like "The 40 Year-Old Virgin" and "Think Like A Man".
