The Sriram General Insurance Company and Pandi's mother Sethu agreed over the compensation amount, bringing the two year old accident compensation claims case to an end at the adalat presided over by Additional District Judge Sivakadaksham.
Pandi, a native of Keezhakarai, was riding his bike with his brother when a van hit him. He suffered skull fracture and was admitted to hospital in a coma state.
