Rs 20 L gold jewellery stolen from travel agency owner's house

: About 100 sovereigns of gold jewellery worth about Rs 20 lakh were stolen from the house of a travel agency owner by a gang, police said.
Nelson sundar (41)was asleep in his house with his family when the incident took place last night, they said.
The gang gained entry into the room where the children were sleeping and took away 100 sovereigns gold jewels and a smart phone from the almirah.
This morning Sundar found the rear door of the house broken open and the jewellery and phone missing.
He lodged a complaint with police who rushed to the spot with sniffer dogs.
