The Lok Ayukta issued the direction on the request of Kumar, the lone MLA of Kerala Congress(B), a minor partner in the congress led UDF, who appeared personally in Court and sought two months time to furnish the evidence.
Later speaking to reporters, Kumar, son of KC(B) supremo R Balakrishna Pillai, said he still sticks to the charges he raised in the assembly against the PWD Ministry, headed by V K Ebrahim Kunju of Indian Union Muslim League.
Kumar, who was not on good terms with the ruling UDF after his exist from the ministry due to certain personal problems in 2013, had alleged that three members in the PWD Minister's staff indulged in corruption and that the Minister was not able to check them.
