The hourlong scripted drama consists of 10 episodes.
Grint will play the dynamic, chaotic and posh Charlie Cavendish, alongside Dougray Scott.
Nick Renton is attached to direct the series, which begins production next week in Manchester, England.
Inspired by a real life heist in London, "Snatch" revolves around a group of twenty-something, up and coming hustlers who stumble upon a truck load of stolen gold bullion and are suddenly thrust into the high-stakes world of organized crime.
